555 Esplanade #115 in Redondo Beach is actually not new, but relisted….at a higher price?    The condo in the Casa Bahia building was pulled off of the market in October 2023  after about 3 months on the market.  It’s back and strangely at a higher price than it was when it didn’t sell in 2023.  It’s back on the market priced at $1,729,000.  The last price in 2023 was at $1,650,000 although it had originally been listed at $1,789,000 in June of 2023….so it’s lower now than that original price in their first attempt.

The condo is beautiful and with the oceanview living room and oceanfront oversized deck the highlights.  The oceanfront living room has gotten a nice update between the former owner and the current owner.  The current owner replaced the rather ornate fireplace with a beach inspired stacked stone fireplace that has a beautiful and clean coastal look. The layout is a bit unusual as there bedrooms and living spaces are on different levels, but spaces are all nicely updated and remodeled and the views are incredible.  The ground level location makes for a very oversized patio to sit back, hear the sounds of the waves just outfront, and live the vacation lifestyle.

This condo could definitely use some cosmetic updating as it’s all pretty original with tile floors, older kitchen and bath, but the views may make it all worth it.  

It’s definitely priced on the very high side so not sure where they’re getting the price for a one bedroom but between the views and size of the patio….all it takes is one buyer to fall in love with it and see the potential.  It seems like this one may be on the market for a while at this price, but we’ll have to wait and see as this just hit the market as of 12/21.
