We had the privlege of listing one of the neighboring homes in the past and we think it’s an incredible spot.  Not only do these homes sit high on the bluff and offer incredible ocean views, but they also feature incredible harbor and coastline views.  This stretch is affectionately known as “hurricane gulch” and sits on the base of the Palos Verdes Peninsula.  This is definitely not what most people envision when picturing homes in San Pedro.

Interior spaces are nice, but unique as there’s no real theme running through the home so rooms all have their own unique look and feel, but the views  are hard not to love.
