One of the more notable…..and more surpising beachfront home sales this year was the recent closing of the home at 2420 The Strand, Hermosa Beach.  This is another off market sale but unlike some of the other recent off market sales, this one hadn’t ever been on the market.

We don’t have much information on the home as there are no photos or description, but from passing the home hundreds of times over the years it appeared to be fairly original but well maintained.  Given the picture window was on the second floor you could not see much.
