While the price hasn’t changed from back in November 2024, itwas a dramatic decrease from it’s original price of $15,000,000 when it first hit the market at the end of 2023.

The home is the highest on the street (other than condo complex of Cote D’Azure, so it offers sweeping views of the ocean, coastline and Palos Verdes.

The home itself is quite large at almost 5,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms + an office that could be used as a 5th bedroom and 7 total baths.

The outdoor spaces are incredible with massive views from multiple areas.  The owners has transformed these areas into a tropical oasis with oceanfront pool deck with tropical landscaping and resort like feel.

One challenge is that given the location at the very top of the hill they don’t really have a path to the beach like some of the others on the street.
