The latest oceanfront listing in the South Bay is the return of 631 Paseo De La Playa which had been on the market in 2023 and 2024. It returns at $9,999,000.

While the price hasn’t changed from back in November 2024, itwas a dramatic decrease from it’s original price of $15,000,000 when it first hit the market at the end of 2023.
