The legacy of 433 Paseo De La Playa comes to an end with the home closing escrow for $17,000,000 in April.

There are homes that take some time to sell….and some that take forever to sell. 433 Paseo De La Playa was originally listed in 2014 and it has now finally sold. This was the third highest priced home sale in the Hollywood Riviera ever.

There was no disputing the location as it’s simply magnificent. The problem was the home itself and the price.
