New to the market…..or more accurately back on the market….4406 The Strand Manhattan Beach. This top-floor condo had been on the market in the spring priced significantly higher at $5,249,000.
This beachfront condo features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and approximately 2,138 square feet on a single level.
As the address indicates this home is one of the furthest north in all of the Manhattan Beach sand section so it sits just east of the beach parking lot which knocks the value down a bit. The beachfront home market in Hermosa and Manhattan Beach has been pretty incredible over the last few years.
In years past there were only one or two sales a year on The Strand. Thats certainly not the case these days with an overabundance of beachfront homes on the market.
