Not surprisingly the highest priced home sale in Redondo Beach during 2020 was an oceanfront single family home on the Esplanade. The oceanfront home at 717 Esplanade had been on and off the market for years without selling due, primarily, to the price. Paseo De La Playa is our favorite street in the Beach Cities as it offers stunning ocean and coastline views while having a level of privacy that the beachfront homes of The Strand in Hermosa and Manhattan Beach most definitely don’t enjoy.
The beachfront lot is almost 63,000 square feet which is simply a lot size we don’t hear about in the area….put that massive lot right on the beach and you definitely have a legacy property and a luxury beachfront home.
