The previous sale of this property by Vista Sotheby’s International back in February of 2018 at $22,650,000 set a record at the time for a single family home in the South Bay. Currently listed at $22,995,000 the home has already had a substantial price reduction from the original $26,995,000 when it was originally brought to market in December.

In 2018 the highest on market residential sale took place at 417 Paseo De La Playa. We wrote several articles when it first hit the market as well as when it sold.
