Congratulations and a big thank you to our wonderful clients Patty and Eddie for putting their trust in us. We are thrilled to announce our latest hotel/condo sale in the Beach House Hotel in Hermosa Beach.
Unit #208 was a beachfront 2nd floor room that is tough to beat.
Each hotel/condo room is individually owned and owners can use their condo suites for up to 90 days a year. The rest of the year the condo must be available for rental and the hotel takes care of the rest. This was the unique arrangement with the California Coastal Commission to allow ownership, but more beach access for others.
Each unit is basically the same (a few have slightly more square footage) with a luxury hotel feel. The rear of the room is a semi separated bedroom area with the front being a sitting area. The unit has a small kitchenette and a fireplace along with a small patio out front.
