One of the notable home sales in Redondo Beach in January 2026 was a beachfront 2 bedroom condo in the Riviera Shores building at 727 Esplanade.  The condo was listed at $2,400,000 and sold for full price.  This was the highest price ever in the building.

It doesn’t get more ocean front than 727 Esplanade and views were incredible.

727 Esplanade,  known as Riviera Shores, sits on one of the highest and steepest parts of the bluff so it’s practically on top of the water.  All of the ocean front units feature floor to ceiling windows and doors so view are unbeatable.  Usually the bedrooms don’t have great views but not the case here….. the corner location allows the primary suite some incredible ocean and coastline views…..nothing wrong with waking up to ocean and the sounds of the surf.
