Beachfront home sales have been a challenge lately as the combination of a high number of homes on the market and lofty prices have made for a slow market. We recently mentioned the home at 3033 The Strand as it’s on a very nice sized lot with great beach frontage. The north Hermosa location is ideal as it’s quieter than areas down near the pier and is about equidistant from downtown areas of both Manhattan and Hermosa.
