Although it’s not oceanfront we liked this one bedroom condo for sale in South Redondo Beach 90266. This is in the complex known as The Village Redondo Beach and it’s rare to see top floor units and this price is way below market value for the location and condition. We can’t imagine this home is going to last long as this is priced well below current value for a top floor listing. 660 The Village #306 is
priced at $619,000 which is definitely a value given that the last top floor unit just closed at an unprecedented $700,000. That unit in the 630 building did have additional value as the 630 building has 2 levels of parking meaning the building is higher, it was several units closer to the water so better views, and the 630 building is further from Catalina Ave so a bit less road noise, but this is still priced to get considrable interest. The condo at 660 The Village #306 has been updated, and certainly appears very well taken care of.
