That’s good news for the crowded beachfront home market in Hermosa and Manhattan. It seems like we’ve been discussing this home forever and that’s not far off as it’s been on the market off and on since 2016 when it originally was priced at a whopping $22,900,000. The latest price was $15,900,000 and we’ll keep you posted when the home sells.
